Good luck in Pakistan. Take time to enjoy the country and add another chapter to your world travels. Have a safe trip over there and stay safe while deployed.

    Hi JJ,

Just had a look at your blog again. It sounds like life is going well for you. I like the picture you posted on your home page.

I can’t remember if I mentioned I started a blog This Makes Me Happy. Its on WordPress also.

Life is good. We’re off to the a cottage tomorrow! The weather has been awful. But today it actually feels like summer for the first time in a while. My mood lifted big time. I whooped all the way home on my bike!

Are you expecting/hoping an extention of your assignment? It’s hard to believe it is already half over.

    Bruce

Canada approveda an extension by two months so I’m in PK until at least end of October.

Sorry about the weather. We’ve just started monsoon season here. Everyone is excited about it but I find it difficult to get excited about rain. I think I need to learn more about it. I read your blog – write some more about what makes you happy!
